A robot in the form of a person who provides services. Developed to improve our daily work and quality of life. This human robot is also called a humanoid. Service robots can do more than one person: move with more power, move over greater distances, move with more precision, perform actions in abundance (without protesting), work in a place where a person cannot be.
Examples of the human service robot
The most famous human service robot at the moment is perhaps Pepper of the company Softbank. In addition, there are of course other examples of the human service robot. Think of the FURo-D and REEM.
Robotman or robot woman
Male robots or female robots get the appearance of one sex. Of course, technology cannot actually be divided into one sex. Most human service robots don't look like a man or a woman, although you can often choose a male or female face on the screen. Fun fact: most robot voices are still female.
