Der neueste Roomba i7+, der heute vorgestellt wurde, hat zwei wesentliche Änderungen: Der Roboter erinnert sich jetzt an den Grundriss Ihres Hauses und leert sich selbst. Die automatische Entleerung ist wahrscheinlich die nützlichste Funktion. Der i7+ wirft nach jeder Reinigung keinen Schmutz in Ihren Müll, sondern verwendet einen Trichter, der an seiner Ladestation befestigt ist. Jedes Mal, wenn er zur Basis zurückkehrt, wird der Schmutz im Roboter in den Trichter gesaugt, in dem bis zu 30 Behälter Platz finden.

In America, many households already have smart voice assistants such as the Amazon Echo or the Google Home. Recently there has been an attractive newcomer; the desktop robot Jibo, which is for sale for about 900 US dollars. Time Magazine has put Jibo prominently on the cover and even calls Jibo one of the 25 best inventions of 2017.
